Bootights Returns and Exchanges

Unused merchandise purchased directly from Bootights may be returned in original packaging with a copy of the invoice, receipt or packing slip. The item(s) must be unused and in excellent condition, in undamaged packaging. Returns are accepted up to 10 days from the date of purchase. Please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. We recommend shipping via UPS-Insured. We will not accept C.O.D deliveries, nor can we replace packages lost during return shipment if proof of tracking is unavailable.

Sending in your return for exchange or refund: 

If you are mailing an item back to us, first contact Bootights for a Return Authorization #. Take a minute to tell us if you want an exchange or refund. Please include your name, a physical return address, daytime phone number, what you are sending in and why, and what you would like to have happen.

Exchanges

Turnaround time including shipping is about two weeks, but may be longer during periods of high volume. We will send a replacement item of the same value, only (even exchange). If the replacement item you want is a different value or not in stock, we will issue a refund check and notify you of this change.

Refunds

Please provide a copy of your invoice or receipt along with the item you are returning. Upon receipt, we will issue you a refund check. Please allow us approximately two weeks to process the refund.
